My boiler broke down on Thursday evening around 7pm. I called CSW Plumbing and Heating, and they were out within the hour to take a look. As the boiler was extremely old and parts were no longer available (and would have been very expensive to source), we decided to go with a brand new one. Charles ordered it straight away and came back on Saturday to fit it which was a lifesaver as we have a little one and couldn’t be without heating and hot water for long. The service was excellent from start to finish: great communication, all the old mess cleared away, new boiler fitted and demonstrated, warranty sorted, and even our hub system reconnected. I honestly can’t fault the service or the price. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
Charles massively helped me in a pinch as my boiler died Tuesday night. He came 8am Wednesday morning and was tearing it out just after lunch ready to fit a new one same day. Unreal scenes. Top level service, prompt and arrived when he said he would! Even fixed my toilet for free!!
I was recommended CSW by a neighbour and call them. Fortuitously they were nearby and attended within 5 minutes. My vulnerable elderly mother had dampness under the stairs and thought was being caused by a leaking pipe/stop cock. A quick examination initially thought it was a defective stop cock and arrangements were made to return. Within 24 hours they had returned having purchased a new stop cock. Upon further detailed examination the cause of the dampness was excessive condensation. The pipe was lagged and precautions taken to prevent further condensation. My mother offered to pay and they politely declined payment, even though they bought a new stopcock but not required. Outstanding service, professional and very, very kind.
